I don't have a revoker either, nor do I have mods on all the mechs, only on 1, and yet I always have opponents armed with revokers on every level, and mods on all the MECs. As you can see, they use you as cannon fodder. We've resigned ourselves to the flawed game system, but now they've just destroyed everything.
