I think the biggest concern I have is that the "test" was even released at all in the state that it was in.  

You have test servers.  We know this because the content creators have access to them.  Test it there.  That's what they really are for (or at least should be).  Or if that isn't the right setup for it, then make new ones.

Take a look at other companies and what they do.  For example, look at Blizzard and the fact that they publicly test their World of Warcraft to make certain it can handle the "live experience".  They do it on TEST SERVERS, with TESTERS.  This massive company started out releasing content with less testing and determined that it was bad for business.  What makes anyone think it would be ok for a smaller company (no offense intended) to skimp and succeed.

Look, as a developer myself, I get it.  There are some things that can only be tested when the system is under stress.  But there are usually rules in place ( at least at the places I work) that say if the thing you're testing is causing problems, get it out of there before you lose customers.  The problems with this release/test were seen right away.  It should have been pulled no more than 24 hours after it was released.  Don't undermine the confidence of your own customers.

If you don't have enough testers, I'll volunteer.  I don't want to see this game continue down this road.  I like this game.  The game and the players deserve a great, polished game.  If me, spending hours testing and writing feedback and documentation would help, then send me the NDA and sign me up.  I've had to do it for my professional career, why not for something I really enjoy?

all players with 4-5k games, 40-70k kills, obviously they are new, but incredibly they play with low hangar even half of mine and it's a win game, always favored by the AI, that if it sees you in advantage suddenly becomes more aggressive, and you find them everywhere, as always driving the games, will only bring you negativity.. dear sirs.... do you think you will recover the lost players of this month?? Yes the new ones will spend and increase their hangar, or they will remain to play with low hangar.. it seems to me that this concept escapes you, low hangar,, no money ... greetings

update, AND I SPECIFY. the opponents are all new players. accompanied as always by a super intelligent and merciless AI. nothing to say, the newcomer must win, you' veteran are destined to die.. I have never, and I repeat never had a series of defeats like this not even at the beginning. impossible that out of 10 games, 10 challengers are opponents with a few months of play, and they win??

This game needs real game developers but sadly it's full of scam developers. They don't deserve what they have and they definitely don't deserve anyones money. If everyone knew that they were facing non human preprogrammed bots 98% of the time, this game would have even less players and payers for them to scam and that's why they are working really hard on improving the non human preprogrammed bots to "seem more human like" .. MA is nothing more than Smoke and Mirrors filled with tricks and manipulation to push sales. This is my opinion though, from years of experience with this game. 

Today we have reached the peak of intolerance to honesty... and I can provide screenshots, all players with 2/4k games, experience between 25k and 50k... heheheeh MORE EVIDENT THAN THIS THAT EVERY MATCH IS FIXED... ehehehehehehe
