Content Release

So I've been playing for about 1 1/2 years now and am kind of frustrated with the super fast release of new expensive legendary mechs and weapons. I can't keep up, and unless you have boat loads of money, most others can't either. Don't get me wrong, I do think that the meta should change somewhat with each release, but when it is so rapid, I dont want to spend my hard earned Acoins [btw make acoins easier to get] on something that will be left in the dust next month. I personally think that there should be a slower release rate and for there to be a lot more build-up for each one. Also please add more rare and epic content. I hope this is passed to the devs

Well said.  I've been thinking the same thing, but I haven't figured out how to put it into words exactly.  But what you've said is perfect!

I agree.  I agree.  I agree.

I hope that you do because it is impossible with the ever-changing meta for a casual player to get and sustain a meta hanger without sacrficing either time or money

The idea is that the most valuable Content must be challenging to get, so only the most experienced and professional players are interested in getting it.

By casual I meant someone who plays the game for fun and does not invest hundreds of dollars into the game.

I hope by "challenging to get" you mean "challenging to get without paying an arm and a leg" AsI have been playing for 2 years I count myself as experienced and yet I do not have as much SP as other p2w players who have bought all the new weapons and mechs.

Same here, I play 5-6 days a week, and I'm nowhere near p2w players with 1000 battles played

Experienced, I've got covered.  Been playing for over a year and a half.

Professional?  With the far too rapid release of new mechs and weapons, I can only assume that professional only means "those who spend money".  If that isn't what it means, I'm curious what just where the bar is for that title.  I'm playing 15-20 matches a day, 7 days a week.  To me, that's professional (its certainally more than just casual as it takes a couple of hours a day).  But my squad is only about 4600.  I could push it a bit more, but in no way could I get to the point of matching the 12,000 to 16,000 hangers I saw during the "test" of the matchmaking system.

So here's the real question....  If the goal of playing this game is to get to the "end-game" and compete at a high level, and if Plarium genuinely means for FTP players to get to said "end-game", then just how long is it supposed to take?  How long does Mech Arena expect it to take a player to get to the point where they can play with the "big boys"?  Have they ever thought about it???

I honestly think this is something that loses players for this game.  They play for a year, maybe spend a few dollars, maybe not, but after a year, they don't see any real progress in getting to the "really fun meta", so they quit.

There are a lot of factors at play here, but I honestly and truely want to know just how long it is supposed to take a free to play player to get to playing at the highest levels.  Most long term games have an answer to this question.  I want to hear Mech Arena's answer.

Hello! It depends as we always launch different Events and other stuff that can be a shortcut in your progress.

I'd like to recommend you check out the videos of our official Content Creators who had different experiments with playing for free and getting to the End-game. As I remember, there were some examples from Scape211.
