Why I love MD
While support mechs are generally not popular, a good support mech can mean the difference between a win and a loss. And MD is the best support mech. It has the unique ability to heal damage in itself and other mechs, which means you and your team have potentially infinite HP. With a legendary pilot and maxed out implants your healing ability becomes legendary status. In fact his healing ability is so powerful any epic or legendary mech with a similar ability would be too OP and thats why they won't make them.
MD pairs best with distance weapons, which is a no brainer for support mechs. I prefer barage weapons like Nade/Cyro launchers and Pod guns to keep my MD out of harms way. A maxed out MD with a maxed out legndary pilot can have almost 150k HP. Pair that with a maxed out Pod 16 and youve got an absolute menace that refuses to die.
Put that menace behind a tank/attacker and the other team ought to just quit.
