My XP keeps staying on stuck. I've deleted and then downloaded the game, and made gains after that. Merely closing the game and restarting does absolutely nothing. 29, 866 XP, and the devs are screwing me (and possibly others) out of any real progress toward the real meat of the game. Until you get to the very end of the XP progression, you're just a cow eating grass and getting slaughtered.
It's difficult to not be cynical. Either the devs are incompetent to code the game properly, or this is deliberate.
Restarting the entire laptop is equally useless. Just abysmal. This is a central game mechanic.
AI from 10 years ago could do better than this coding. Remember the "Will Smith eating spaghetti" nightmare fuel? Yeah, that would be better.

Good luck if exp isn't showing up they will say it is your just not looking at it right. Not getting your loot . You got it but you just need to check your eyes maybe you need glasses. If it doesn't involve them promoting a new weapon or mech to sell. You will be let down
