Hi, does anyone else have it that if you select the lowest grapics settings the textures aren't lowered as much as they would originally, causing lag?

I've been gone fro mthe game for 2 or 3 weeks and suddenly its all laggy even though i've set everything to the lowest settings and even rechecked them just to be sure. In the end i saw that even at the lowest settings the textures were that which you'd normally see when the settings are at the mid tier. (sorry, not sure how o explain)

Will the lower end textures return or will we now only have the higher end ones?
