You're reporting players because they have nomad mechs and they're matched against you? My guy, that report button is for suspected cheaters. You're being unreasonable and you're wasting the team's time, part if the team that has nothing to do with matchmaking. It makes it harder for them to get real cheaters, and that makes the experience worse for other players who are just trying to enjoy the game like you including ones that don't have Nomad. And if you could just block player, peopl would block unt they get nothing but bots.

Hello! We are actively working on the Matchmaking system, so in the future, it's expected that it will perform much more correctly!

This is what we read here for months now. But when will it be changed and how?

It is just rediculous when I have to fight bots with higher level mechs/weapons or players with a hangar score that's mutliple times the score of my hangar. I'm sure this frustration will lead a lot of players to spend money on the game. But I don't fall for it. I don't spend money on a game that's just fun 50% of the time I'm playing it. I'm willing to support a game that is fun most of the time. But not like this.

I know I'm just one person and my opinion won't change anything. There are plenty of people who spend money on this game.

Hello! Unfortunately, the Matchmaking system affects the majority of the core game mechanics, so it can't be improved immediately. It requires a lot of time and complex moves. But be sure that the work is in progress.

For now, I'd recommend you shuffle your Hangar, try some unusual tactics and combinations, and maybe party with your friends. In this way, you can affect the Matchmaking work on you.

I don't think it is as complex as you say. For example: 

If I win a few matches vs. bots on my level, the game puts me against another team of bots that have higher level weapons and/or higher level mechs so I almost never have a chance to win (I'm on level 3 and I often have to play vs. bots on the highes lvl). Also the bots in my team then often don't do much (they just stand in a corner or shoot in the wrong direction) or even block me/constantly run into me. After a couple of matches like this it changes back and I play against bots on my level again. So the easiest way would be to just shut this feature off an let me always  play against bots/people on my level. For me this would result in a lot more fun (since I win more) and a more positive feeling about the game/less frustration about the matchmaking. So I would probably think about spending money on the game. Until today I didn't spend a dime on it and I'm not going to if it stays like it is today.

If it were easy, we would already fix it. Nevertheless, due to the number of various game elements, including a flexible balance that allows a player to have any combination of Mechs/Weapons/Pilots they want, the Matchmaking system requires a special approach.

But as it was said before, the work's been in progress for all this time. In your case, shuffling your Hangar may help. Besides, you can find friends with approximately the same Squad Power and team up with them. Experiment! Make Matchmaking work for you 😉

I've been achievement hunting with Paragon lately (gotta get that Autocannon achievement), so I've experimented a lot with my hanger to try and get opponents that I can kill with that dumb Autocannon.  I've noticed a few things.   

First, if I add even a single legendary item (say an implant for instance), I will face opponents (bots or live, it doesn't matter) with multiple legendaries each.  And I'm not talking sometime small, I'm talking a bastion or eclipse with discs, nearly maxed Stephania, and at least one legendary implant.  I'm dead in like 2 hits.  Not fun.

Second, my squad power matters, sort of.  I've got my squad down to under 1000.  I've only got two mechs, both common, using common weapon, rare pilots, and the best implants I've got for them.  I can tell as soon as I see the mechs from my team if I'll live longer than 30 seconds in the match.   Some matches I've got opponents that are level appropriate, some matches they blow me away so fast I want to break the keyboard.

Finally, if I do really well for a match or two, the game will hammer me for the next 3 or 4 matches.  By really well, I'm talking me keeping Paragon alive for the whole match and getting 5 kills with the autocannon.  But then, I'll get hammered by bots or live players with legendary this and that.  even if I run a setup without any legendaries at all!!!

I do think the matchmaking has gotten better.  but this feast or famine thing that's going on is not right.  There should be limiters in the game somewhere to keep some of the things that are happening from happening.  If I have a squad with only 1 legendary implant, none of my opponents should have more than one legendary implant.  If I'm doing well with my squad, I don't want to get destroyed for several rounds.  I don't mind it if my opponent uses good strategy and beats me, but beating me just because they have more legendaries or more upgrades than me should never be the reason they win - whether they are a bot or a human being.

Hopefully that all makes sense.  if not, feel free to ask questions, I'll give the best answers I can.

these are some of my enemies today, I don't have any 7 star weapons, and no 7 star mech. but evidently this is right for you, I believe you lose players, as said, who gets the urge to spend on a game that is poorly designed, poorly executed, and full of defects... who gets the urge?, and don't tell me to turn the hangar... because I'm not a coward who lowers the hangra to win easily.... no.. eheheheh this is a real mess...

I dont mean to be rude but you  simply failed critical reading and thinking. Bro, cone on, he explained it. Its a solution to a problem they dont have and input for.

I'm a fan of the tournament where everyone's loadouts are the same. That eliminates any p2w aspects in tournament and make it determined by skill. It wouldn't matter as much for regular matchmaking. And it would give people a chance to try items they might not have, items people might want to spend money for.
