Specifically, Nomad seems to rank a lot of the damage. For instance, a maxed Bastion, without its shield usually takes 5 shots of a maxed RG16 with maxed legendary pilot and maxed epic damage implant. I’ve noticed that I’ve needed 6 shots with Nomad.
