Network Error (signin socket: 10054) restart

I have this issue that almost after every round I play (while the MVPs are shown) or when opening the game I get a message (see title, sometimes gamecommand error or similar with the same number) and while the game is still doing it's thing and playing all sounds normally I have to restart the game, which means I have to close all popup offers again to be able to play. Anyone an idea what that might be?

And also to plarium: if you can't fix this, please at least let us players have an option to enable or disable those popup offers, since I go in the shop to collect my daily rewards anyways.

I am sorry for writing so much, but yesterday it wsa fine, but today it started again (I reinstalled it yesterday). I'll try contacting your support
