Hello! We appreciate your feedback as well as the criticism. I've stated many times on the forum that we are collecting, processing, and analyzing ALL the feedback on all the social networks we have. Still, sometimes, we can't replay everything directly due to the significant amount of messages we receive, but be sure that we keep an eye on everything and that our team knows all the relevant issues, speculations, and stuff.

There can be several points that led to such an issue. Firstly, the Matchmaking system may not be that effective due to the various Squad Powers the players have, the abusers trying to hack it, and the wide variety in Hangars itself. Currently, we are developing the improvements for Matchmaking, so this issue is expected to be fixed or at least significantly improved later!

The second point is bots. We use the bots when there's a lack of online players with approximately the same Squad Power. Due to the different time zones and the already-mentioned wide variety in Hangars, it happens sometimes. However, our bots are not players and can't perform as well as a player. They don't have a deep strategy, real-time analyses, and stuff. That's why sometimes a bot can be equipped with extremely good Content - to keep it competitive. However, it's a temporary solution, and we are constantly working on the bots to make their behavior more like a real player.

Dude, you are not the only one.  Reading your story up there, its pretty close to mine.  I started at the same time and have had many of the same struggles.  I really thought that the introduction of the tier system would give the devs another leaver to pull for match making, but it doesn't seem that way.  For me, I gage it by the number of bastions and orions I have to go against - its outrageous.  Nearly all of my oponents have them and I'm not even close to having them unlocked.

Thanks Crystal Drew. I think I speak for many of us players when I say that we appreciate the work you do for us. Although what I said earlier may seem harsh, sometimes it feels like us F2Ps are ignored.

I just fought a lot of battles in a Cernao with 2 opponents, one with 240 thousand kills and 22k hangar power, the other with 145k kills and 17k hangar power, mine and 6,600... needless to say the crushing defeat, for some time it goes on like this, and it's not bearable, I'm left alone last, and in a short time my companions are destroyed, in the end I realize that there are 3-4 OPPONENTS against only 1. remained on the field, and the situation was very uncomfortable,
