Plarium doesn't care about SP droppers. I've submitted many tickets about it with screenshots. Multiple threads here on the forums about it. Plarium doe NOT consider it cheating. They keep giving the same boilerplate response that they are "working on it". If they don't consider it cheating, I guess it's fair game to lower your SP and have at it in the tournaments. Every tournament I'm in the top 2-3 people are all end game players with hangers showing 1k squad power.

If they have one uber mech in their hanger with high power weapons, pilot, implants, etc., it's all they need. If they get matched up against other players who are in the 1000-1500 squad power range in a tournament, and those players are legitimately that squad power, the SP dropper is going to run all over them. He will probably never get killed with that one mech, and even if he does, he can go through the remaining 4 mechs and start over with the uber mech. 

As far as the unbalanced shop pricing, I know lower/newer players get very low pricing. I also believe that people who never or rarely spend money get better offers than those who spend.

As was mentioned by the commentators above, it's SP dropping. A player tries to trick the Matchmaking system by overpowering one Mech and making other Mechs weaker to get matched with weaker opponents. In other words, it's cheating. The issue is known, and we are actively working on the solution.

The prices may vary from an account to an account as the majority of them are generated personally. However, having something more expansive means that you may have another piece of the Content cheaper.

Your feedback on the new Mech will be considered, but it must be noted that such an opinion is subjective. Many users enjoy it, so it definitely can't be called a scam. We don't have any reason to scan our players.

What if we do SP dropping on a lower scale? For example: if I drop my normally 3k SP to around 1k SP hangar, is that considered cheating (hypothetically)?

YES, many users appreciate keeping the hangar low, certainly only those who do it, because this way they get prizes from tournaments and free A.COIN, I believe it. 70% of players now practice it...
