I'm just making a thread for players to share their feedback for the new updates for visual presentation (good or bad). 

My opinion:

-I actually like the new look of mechs

-Map updates are not an improvement but basically not bad either

-Gear hub/hangar view has weird shading. Maybe I'll get used to it, but it seems too dark and not as bright/visually pleasing as it was previously

-Negative: THe new mech appearances are not available in any skin. For players that have an achievement skin (i.e. gold futurist) or perhaps another favorite skin, those are all applying to the original skins. I'm not sure if this is by design but it basically makes me wonder what the whole point of making a new figure for each mech in the game if it is basically just going to be a new skin only available for customization with paint job.

I guess I'm left wondering why this was even a priority for the team when there are more pressing issues. I hope other players like the changes. As for me, I'm largely indifferent.
