I'm on a MacBook Pro Laptop latest OS etc. Daily player. Wanted to switch accounts to purchase some things for my son, something I've done several times before. But now, the Plarium game launcher immediately went to the screen demanding I update. But I AM updated. Uninstalled and re-installed the Plarium launcher, with a shut down of the computer in between, to see if a fully fresh download from Plarum itself solved the issue. But nope, even the download of today still demands to update. And gets stuck. 

I am at a loss, very let down. If it doesn't solve soon, I will quickly go and refund as many purchases as I can, because I am very fast loosing trust here. 

Sent a message to support, but they're taking their time responding (read: not responding so far).
