Em rifle is crap, and It's only annoying and only a threat when people space it so you cant shoot.

Chances are its actually a matchmaking issue.

You will get put against people who one shot you. Unless you are the most powerfull player in the world, if you do well, you will be put against better players, and awhole team of morons and others max goodness can be given to the best In the world. You'd have to be godly good.

Keep in mind I'm the one who rags on playrium all the time, but I litterally won a research play off free to play, and its not ea levels of bad, this free to play can win.

Nah EM only becomes a problem when people actually know how to use it. Thankfully most of the people that buy it are clueless.

Alos, I looked into it, it's less powerfull.

You it only makes it so snipers can't hit right. So you have to space your shots and get behind cover.

It's a support sniper.

It gains victory through features and abilities

Em rifle is amazing. It can be outplayed just like everything else. 

While EMs do have a weakness, its guaranteed at least 1 player will have them in large open maps. At least with mortars u can minimize damage by running and not allowing back attack damage.

I just had a match who one shot killed my mech *through* a wall. It is either overpowered or buggy.

I agree that this weapon sucks. Even my toughest mech gets taken out with a single shot that is impossible to dodge. 

for me to fight against EM rifle I use disk or mortar rocket launcher too because these weapons can hit close to the enemy and cause damage I can stay in cover and shoot

the only difference it has is that it has assisted auto aim if it had manual aim it would be difficult to use you would need to be a good marksman

Longarm is a weapon with manual aim but knowing how to shoot it can be very dangerous

you are even more afraid of a Longarm sniper than an EM rifle because you are sure that this sniper is good at aiming

If you want to solve her problem, just remove the automatic sight and leave the manual Longarm the same. Anyone who wants to use an EM rifle will need to know how to shoot.

To those here saying the EM Rifle is weak/easily couterable, this is just one of the many experiences I deal with whenever anyone on the rival team has one equipped. Add any of the EM Rifle implant and its virtually invincible with the right teammates (a couple of the red team in this pic had strong Zephyr setups too). It definitely needs a nerf of sort. EMs on any mech with good HP is difficult.

As I said, just remove the automatic aim, leave the manual aim, that's all I know it would solve a lot, it would make the matches more balanced

the weapon's damage is very high even more the auto-aim that makes it so dangerous bad aim players eliminate many effortlessly compared to a manual aim shooter

That is a solution I could definitely get behind. Especially when it comes to AI Players with EMs equipped. A buzzkill like no other

this is also a problem in this case of AI

I have em16 and its a beast...i kill so many players with just one shot that is almost cheating. But im playing on PC where you can be very accurate with this weapon.
