I've been in the game 2+ years (off and on) and this issue has been reported by endless individuals for as long as I can remember in this time. I know I've offered many options to battle against (ACOINS, SYSTEM, ADMIN, ) spambots, but player satisfaction isn't really that high on Plarium's list of concerns. Heck, even in this forum on a website dedicated to the game, they don't remove or even combat the spam topics that have nothing to do with the game (ThC gummies and various vitamin supplements).

This all shows how much (or not at all) Plarium cares for its player base, free or spender.

The Raptor, thank you very much for bringing this topic up! The presence of spamming and scamming accounts within the in-game chat is a known topic that is yet to be fully dealt with. At the moment, all reported violators and spam accounts are getting immediately blocked. Unfortunately, the spammers keep creating new accounts, but our Support Team keeps an eye on the in-game chat and our team is working out the automated way of monitoring the chat.
