Generally it seems to appear every 6-8 weeks. Last one was 9/29 and then 8/5 before that. That's 8 weeks in between so if that pattern holds then late November would be the next one. But from what I've seen so far, there really isn't a regular schedule for any of these type events, so you can't truly predict when they'll happen next.
