Dear Plarium,

for some time this game has become nonsense and Plarium ignites on prices!

Bringing out new pilots, mechs, maps, ... ok that's very good and it's always nice, but there's something you're forgetting: our wallets are not expandable!!

Where has free to play gone today in your game? It becomes totally non-existent so much the imbalance this fact between the P2W and the F2P.

You all sell at completely abused prices and as that was not enough, following yesterday's update, you still increase all the prices of the shop by 20%!! When will your bullshit stop?!!

You have already greatly reduced the gain of A coins on the game to push us to purchases. Not to mention the Plays Offs where those with the biggest credit card win.

You promise a lot of things but you do nothing of what you say!!

For example, we are still waiting to be able to customize the game keys on PC, we are still waiting to be able to try out mechs and weapons before buying them, ... and above all we are also waiting to have a launcher (on PC) that works correctly !! Not a day without it not starting. Obliged to open the task manager to manually close the launcher and/or the game and then restart it to hope that it works, otherwise obligated to uninstall and reinstall the launcher and the game, and it becomes painful by force.

So I hope to have answers to all this, why such a rise in prices when they are already very high, why the promised things do not happen (tests before purchase especially), and when the optimization / personalization on pc??

And I'm not talking about some completely abused weapons and mechs that only those who pay can have, bots that are more and more numerous, crap matchmaking, ...
