To get this Legendary Argonite Champion, you will need four Unblinkings. Each Unblinking can be fused from four Shore-spear Fionns.

Note that you can also get Unblinking in the Summon Rush Event (September 25 - 28). You'll also be able to get two Shore-spear Fionns from the Champion Training Event (October 1 - 5).
