Something magical awaits you in Teleria - a brand-new Fusion Event is here as part of Echoes of Oz in RAID! The Cowardly Lion - a fierce and stalwart Legendary Skinwalker - is available via Fusion from August 19 until September 3. To get him, you'll need to fuse the Epic Void Champion, Antigone Man-slayer, four times.
Antigone Man-slayer
Rarity: Epic
Type: HP
Affinity: Void
Faction: Argonites
If you're interested in discovering more of The Cowardly Lion and Antigone Man-slayer's backstories, be sure to check out their Champion Lore in-game.
To summon all the Antigone Man-slayers needed to fuse The Cowardly Lion, you will need to collect 400 Fragments from special Events and Tournaments. You will be able to earn 500 Fragments in total, meaning there will be 100 extra Fragments.
Here's how many Fragments are available from each Event and Tournament:
Note: Events and Tournaments start and finish for everyone at the same in-game time. Make sure you plan accordingly: check the Events or Tournaments window to see exactly what time an Event or Tournament ends in your local timezone.
We're also launching The Lion Fusion Pack in the Shop on August 19 to help you kickstart your Fusion progress in the best way possible, so check it out.
We hope you’re enjoying your journey through Oz! Be sure to keep following the yellow brick road for more exciting adventures - and happy summoning!
What do the "extra fragments" for summon rush mean? Just the same extra 2 drops on the typical milestone placement (<=3500 points) or is this going to be a thing where we only get x25 fragments for <=3500 points and you have to whale for the "extra fragments"?
Also does that mean the "extra fragments" in champion chase are going to be on the regular track as well but at higher points or are they going to be tournament placement rewards?
Interesting ....... For me it will probably be like all the other tournaments that worked similarly and I will not get to finish it. Seems that I am always unable to have enough avatar power to win what is required to compete to complete. So I will congratulate those who do complete and do get nice champions, in advance.
