Update 11.70.0 is here, and brings with it brand-new Anomalous Accessories, a new group of Relics with additional Faction-specific abilities, Gear Slot Expansion, and more! Check out everything that’s coming and more with the full release notes below!
11.70 is introducing a brand-new type of Accessories - the Anomalous Accessories. For this new type of Gear, the usual HP, ATK, & DEF substats will be replaced with different, unique bonuses. Anomalous Accessories will boost certain effects within different game modes across RAID. Check out more details about Anomalous Accessories in the Basic Guide: Gear Overview. They’ll be obtainable from Events, so stay tuned to find out more.
We’re also adding a new group of Relics, called Coalescence. These all-Legendary Relics are more unique than their counterparts, offering Faction-specific abilities to the wearer on top of their main ability. Be sure to check them all out, and we can’t wait to see how you use them!
The Storage Slots for Artifacts & Accessories have both been expanded up to 2200 each, meaning you can have more Gear than ever before to help you tactically prepare for any fight.

The effect of "Total Guard" (as described) doesn't just protect the champion in question; it specifies that it blocks a single instance of damage and all status effects a champion would receive from an enemy ability. Based on that wording, Fabian wouldn't be able to do what you corrected.
Thanks.

I agree... wouldn't that be considered a negative effect?
12.5 gear space for each 16 factions is NOT ENOUGH, please be more generous for late game players how are we supposed to farm gear and upgrade at the same time when the silver cost to upgrade a piece of gear can cost up to 6mil and only sells for 80k silver, just makes it more tedious and less fun to "farm". I get we can just drop difficulty but it just makes it less "fun" and more tedious/work. But I'm feeling like this is just how raid is going to be forever for everyone.
I keep running out of ways to farm silver, even after selling as much gear as I can, then I run out of energy for battles and I don't have a budget for constantly making purchases. Then I have to wait for hours to be able to do anything else for low % drops. I just can't make any headway in progress.
