Plarium Program Updates, Chimera & Live Arena Improvements & More!
Update 11.65.0 is here, and brings with it a new type of event in Live Arena, alongside improved matchmaking. There’s also new Gemstones, and Chimera Quick Battles. Check out everything that’s coming and more with the full release notes below!
Live Arena Win Streak
Win Streak is a new event type specifically for Live Arena. When active, players can sign up to try and earn as many victories as possible without losing 2 battles. Winning between 1 and 4 times nets you the corresponding amount of Gladiatorial Chests, while claiming the full 5 wins earns you a Warlord Chest.
Win Streak is also the only place where you’ll be able to get your hands on the 40 new Gemstones we’ve introduced as part of this update. Make your Relics even more powerful with these game-changing new additions.
We’ve also improved Live Arena matchmaking so that players who are participating in a Win Streak event will be matched with one another with a greater priority, as long as all other conditions are met.
New Gemstones
As mentioned above, we’re adding 40 new Gemstones that can be exclusively obtained via the Win Streak event in Live Arena. To accommodate these new Gemstones, we’ve tweaked a few windows in the Gemstone Index and Gemstone Filter to reflect that there is now more than one group of Gemstones.
Chimera Quick Battle
Quick Battle has arrived for Chimera battles. For when you’re short on time but still want to take down this multi-headed monstrosity, Quick Battle will run a Chimera battle as if in Auto mode, but it’ll be completed almost immediately.
As with the Demon Lord & Hydra, the Quick Battle feature is available for every Chimera difficulty. However, you must first unlock Quick Battle by claiming the final Reward Chest available on each difficulty by dealing the required damage. You can find out more about Quick Battles in the feature guide.
Profile Background Customization
Personalize your RAID Player Profile with Profile Backgrounds. While in your Player Profile Info window, you can access the gallery of available Profile Backgrounds to customize your Profile. Currently, there are two types of Backgrounds: Standard, and Events. Standard Backgrounds will be available to all players. Event Backgrounds can be obtained as a reward from future in-game activities, so keep your eyes peeled for more coming soon.
Profile Updates
We’ve also added the ability to showcase all of your Badges you’ve earned in RAID, not just your favorites. Simply tap the “All player badges” button, and you’ll be able to see everything a player has managed to achieve in RAID.
Event Dungeon Background Auto-Climb
Background Auto-Climb has arrived in the Event Dungeon. You’ll now be able to progress through Stages you haven’t beaten yet automatically. Background Auto-Climb will end if all Stages are completed, you run out of Energy, or your team is defeated.
Just like any other type of Background Multi-Battles, you can still simultaneously fight in the Live Arena, as well as Cursed City and Grim Forest Stages, manage your account, summon and upgrade Champions, and sort through your Gear and Relics.
Plarium Points Program Rebalance
To help speed up your progress in the Plarium Points Program, we’ve rebalanced it to make getting your hands on the rewards easier. We’ve also added some more valuable rewards later on in the Plarium Points Program.
Easier Team Sorting
We’ve made it easier than ever for you to manage your various teams in RAID. Now, you can enjoy complete control over your lineups. You can move active teams and empty slots anywhere you want - you can shuffle a team straight to the bottom of the Preset list, past other empty slots.
The “Move Up” and “Move Down” buttons are now locked automatically at the top and bottom slots to help make it easier to avoid dreaded misclicks. Reorganizing your list won’t disrupt your current setting-up process either - now, you can move teams up and down without it altering your current selection in the pre-battle window.
Minotaur Dungeon Filter Update
We’ve added a new filter into the pre-battle window for the Minotaur’s Labyrinth, so that you can now “Hide Champions with all Mastery Scrolls”.
Wishlist Chance Increase
We’ve increased the chances of summoning Perfect Souls for specific Champions on your Wishlist from 8x to 10x in the Altar of Souls.
Streamlined Multi-Battle Training
Leveling up your Champions just got a whole lot easier. We’ve increased the queue limit for Champions from 20 to 60, allowing you to train even more Champions in massive, uninterrupted runs without constant micromanagement.
It’s also easier to find the right Champions, thanks to the advanced Filter options. You can instantly sort by Rank, Rarity, Affinity, Role, or Faction, and easily pull Champions from your Master and Reserve Vaults. Best of all, your custom filter settings will remain in place for your entire game session, making repeat runs effortless.

Searsha the Charred
Aura added: increases Ally SPD in all Battles by 19%.
[Skill 1 – Conflagrate]
- Effect changed: Now, each hit has a 50% chance of increasing the duration of any [HP Burn] debuffs on the target by 1 turn.
[Skill 2 – Forest Fire]
Old version:
Has an 80% chance of placing a [HP Burn] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns.
New version:
Removes all buffs from all enemies.
Has an 80% chance of placing a [HP Burn] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. If a target is already under a [HP Burn] debuff, instantly activates it. Then has an 80% chance to place a [HP Burn] debuff for 2 turns on all enemies without one.
Places a [Block Buffs] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns.
Any [HP Burn] debuffs placed on Bosses are protected.
[Skill 3 – Blazing Panic]
Cooldown decreased from 5 to 4 turns.
- Effect added: Now also has a 75% chance of placing a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff.
[Skill 4 – Stoked [P]]
Old version:
Whenever this Champion is attacked by an enemy under a [HP Burn] debuff, heals this Champion by 25% of the damage received and heals all allies by 10% of the damage received.
Also has a 35% chance to instantly activate any [HP Burn] debuffs on the attacker.
New version:
Allies deal 10% more damage against enemies under [HP Burn] debuffs.
Whenever this Champion is attacked by an enemy under a [HP Burn] debuff, heals this Champion by 35% of the damage received and heals all allies by 20% of the damage received.
Also has a 50% chance to instantly activate any [HP Burn] debuffs on the attacker.
Dune Lord Greggor
Aura changed: Increases Ally DEF in all Battles by 30%.
[Skill 1 – Desert Ax]
Old version:
Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 50% chance of placing a [Provoke] debuff for 1 turn.
New version:
Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 100% chance of placing a [Provoke] debuff for 1 turn.
If the [Provoke] debuff was successfully placed, the ally with the highest C. DMG will team up and join the attack.
[Skill 2 – Earthcleave]
Old version:
Attacks all enemies.
Decreases the duration of all enemy buffs by 1 turn, and increases the duration of all ally buffs by 1 turn.
Also places a [Shield] buff on all allies for 2 turns, equal to 20% of this Champion's MAX HP.
New version:
Attacks all enemies.
Removes all buffs from all enemies, and increases the duration of all ally buffs by 1 turn.
Also places a [Shield] buff on all allies for 2 turns, proportional to this Champion's DEF.
[Skill 3 – Bestial Yell]
- Effect added: Now also places a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on all allies for 2 turns.
[Skill 5 – Desert Monolith [P]]
- Effect changed: Now, when attacked, has a 50% chance of placing a [Provoke] debuff on the attacker for 1 turn.
2 Faction Allies changed: Allies ignore 50% of target's RES when applying [Stun], [Sleep], [Fear], [True Fear], [Provoke], [Freeze], or [Petrification] debuffs.
3 Faction Allies changed: When applying a debuff out of their turn or during Instant or Extra Turns, instant effects and debuffs placed by ally skills cannot be resisted or blocked.
Polara Fireheart – Base Form
[Skill 1 – Burning Zeal]
Stats in multipliers have been swapped, now giving priority to ATK over DEF. The multipliers’ value remains unchanged.
- Effect changed: Now, places an extra hit if the target is under any buffs or debuffs.
[Skill 2 – Faithful Conflagration]
Stats in multipliers have been swapped, now giving priority to ATK over DEF. The multipliers’ value remained unchanged.
Old version:
Attacks 1 enemy 3 times.
Each hit will ignore 25% of the target's DEF. Each hit will ignore 50% of the target's DEF instead, if the target is under a [HP Burn] debuff or a [Freeze] debuff.
Each hit also destroys the target's DEF and RES by 3% (stacks up to 30%).
Places a [HP Burn] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns, if the target is killed by this skill. This debuff cannot be resisted.
New version:
Attacks 1 enemy 3 times.
Each hit will ignore 25% of the target's DEF. Will ignore 50% of the target's DEF instead, if the target is under a [HP Burn] debuff or a [Freeze] debuff. Will ignore 100% of the target's DEF instead, if the target is under both debuffs.

[Skill 3 – Pyro Maxima]
Stats in multipliers have been swapped, now giving priority to ATK over DEF. The multipliers’ value remained unchanged.
- Effect changed: Before attacking, instantly activates any [HP Burn] debuffs on all enemies, then places another [HP Burn] debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. This debuff cannot be resisted.
- Effect added: Grants an Extra Turn if this attack kills an enemy.
[Skill 5 – Elemental Mistress [P]]
Old version:
This Champion deals 25% more damage against enemies under a [HP Burn] debuff or a [Freeze] debuff. This Champion deals 100% more damage against enemies under both [HP Burn] and [Freeze] debuffs.
This Champion ignores the damage reduction granted by [Freeze] debuffs.
New version:
This Champion deals 50% more damage against enemies under a [HP Burn] debuff or a [Freeze] debuff, and receives 50% less damage from enemies under [HP Burn] debuffs. This Champion deals 100% more damage against enemies under both [HP Burn] and [Freeze] debuffs.
This Champion ignores the damage reduction granted by [Freeze] debuffs.
This Champion is immune to both [Freeze] and [HP Burn] debuffs.
Polara Fireheart – Alternate Form
[Skill 1 – Glacial Carve]
Old version:
Attacks 1 enemy.
Places a 50% [Ally Protection] buff on a random ally, except this Champion, for 2 turns. If the randomly selected ally is already under an [Ally Protection] buff, places it on another randomly selected ally.
Heals this Champion and any allies under [Ally Protection] buffs. The value of the heal is proportional to this Champion's DEF.
New version:
Attacks 1 enemy.
Places a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on a random ally and this Champion for 2 turns. If the randomly selected ally is already under a 60% [Increase DEF] buff, places it on another randomly selected ally.
Heals this Champion and any allies under [Increase DEF] buffs. The value of the heal is proportional to this Champion's DEF.
[Skill 2 – Frozen Tendrils]
- Effect added: Now also places [Block Buffs] debuff.
[Skill 3 – Iceblade Tempest]
- Effect changed: Now, places a [Freeze] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns.
[Skill 5 – Cryomantic Revival [P]]
- Effects added: Whenever this Champion is attacked, places a [HP Burn] debuff on the attacker for 2 turns. This debuff cannot be resisted.
Removes any [Freeze] debuffs from each ally before the start of their turn.
Improvements and Battle Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused Tramaria’s Uncanny [P] skill to not work correctly while she was under a [Total Guard] buff.
- Fixed a bug that caused Raglin’s Miracle and Blessed Invocation [P] skill icons to be displayed incorrectly when viewed in the Collection window when Raglin had not yet been Ascended.
- Fixed a bug that caused Lord Entertainer Fabian’s Unwelcome Guest skill to not activate if an enemy under a [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff was also under a [Total Guard] buff.
- Fixed a bug that caused no text to appear in battle when the Hand of Uncreation Relic was activated.
- Fixed a bug that caused Mavara the Web Diviner’s Theridine Visions [P] skill to not activate if the enemy team had 8 or more buffs at the start of a battle.
- Fixed a bug that caused issues with the Multi-Battle overlay persisting in other game modes after exiting Multi-Battles via the Forge.
- Fixed a bug that caused kills earned from conditional additional hits to not count toward the “Defeat enemies while under Perfect Veil” Quest progress in Faction Wars Hard Mode.
- Fixed a bug that caused Hellrazor’s Wall of Fire skill to apply Weaken debuffs in an incorrect manner.
- Fixed a bug that caused Anaxia the Reborn’s Soul Separator skill to not steal Turn Meter from enemies when it was used to attack all enemies.
- Fixed a bug that caused an error in the Grim Forest and the game to freeze when starting a new battle with a Champion from a previous battle after using a Redraw token.
- Fixed a bug that caused conditional attacks to activate at the start of the next turn, instead of immediately being activated once the conditions were met.
- Fixed a bug that caused Lady Mikage to gain increased HP after changing Forms in the Grim Forest when she was a Boss.
- Fixed a bug that caused Gliseah Soulguide’s passive skill to activate when Al-Naemeh the Sand Devil used his Feasting Swarm skill to increase cooldowns.
- Fixed a bug that caused the “Connect your account to Facebook” achievement to be missing from the Quests window after linking an account to Facebook.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Dreadbomb Relic’s Extra Turn effect to activate multiple times from a single skill use.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Mercurial Gear Set to not block debuffs when two stacks of Total Guard were active.
