Update 11.40 is here! With this comes a raft of changes – Super Raids make a welcome arrival to the Potion Keeps, every timeslot in the Live Arena schedule has been expanded, Scroll distribution from the Minotaur’s Labyrinth has been improved, and there’s even more than that – learn about it all below.
Subscription Changes
Many of you currently subscribe to either Silver or Gold Raid Cards, getting extra XP and Silver from Campaign battles as well as loads of extra Multi-Battle attempts per day. Please note that these Raid Cards may not be available to all players immediately after the Update launch.
We’re adding two more Raid Cards, each giving even more rewards every month.
The first is the Platinum Raid Card. This will give subscribers:
- 20% extra XP in Campaign battles
- 30% extra Silver from Campaign battles
- +100 Multi-Battle Attempts
- x2 XP/hour per Slot in the Sparring Pit (so +4200 XP/hour becomes +8400 XP/hour)
- Automatic leveling up in the Sparring Pit
Please note that once a Champion has reached max level in the Sparring Pit, you will still need to manually swap them for another Champion.
The Platinum Raid Card will cost $14.99 per month, with the first month costing $9.99 for first-time Raid Card purchases. After the first month, the payment card will be renewed automatically at the full monthly price. The Platinum Raid Card can be cancelled at any time.
The second new tier is the Diamond Raid Card. This will give subscribers:
- 20% extra XP in Campaign battles
- 30% extra Silver from Campaign battles
- +140 Multi-Battle Attempts
- x2 XP/hour per Slot in the Sparring Pit (so +4200 XP/hour becomes +8400 XP/hour)
- Automatic leveling up in the Sparring Pit
- 1 Legendary Skill Tome per month
- 1 Chest with random rewards per month
The Raid Card Chest contains the following rewards:
- 3 x Rank 5 Chicken (20% chance)
- 2 x 6* Legendary Chaos Ore (20% chance)
- 2 x Legendary Skill Tome (20% chance)
- 1 x Mythical Skill Tome (12% chance)
- 3 x Void Shards (14% chance)
- 2 x Primal Shards (14% chance)
The Diamond Raid Card will cost $29.99 per month, with the first month costing $14.99 for first-time Raid Card purchases. After the first month, the payment card will be renewed automatically at the full monthly price. The Diamond Raid Card can be cancelled at any time.
We’ve improved Scroll distribution from completed Stages of the Minotaur's Labyrinth in this update. Before, all Scrolls only went to one Champion. If you won 12 Scrolls, but that Champion only needed 1, the remaining 11 were lost. This effect became even more common when this Dungeon was updated to have permanent Super Raids. Now, any Scrolls not needed by a Champion will be allocated to another – as long as you have Champions who need Scrolls, you’ll always get every single one you’ve earned defeating the Minotaur.
Rebalanced Champion Ratings Reset
To make sure players get the most accurate information about a Champion, Champion Ratings for those that are being rebalanced will be reset, meaning that all new ratings from now on will be based on that Champion’s latest performance and abilities. Champions who have previously been rebalanced will not see their Ratings reset.
Super Raids in Potion Keeps
We’ve enabled permanent Super Raids in the Potion Keeps to save time farming and massively speed up your progress!
Live Arena Schedule Change
We’ve made two big changes to the Live Arena schedule. First, we’ve changed the timeslots, and second, we’ve added an hour to each, so you’ve got four more hours each day to battle for glory:
- Timeslot 1: changed from 00:00 – 3:00 to 00:00 – 04:00
- Timeslot 2: changed from 05:00 – 8:00 to 06:00 – 10:00
- Timeslot 3: changed from 13:00 – 16:00 to 12:00 – 16:00
- Timeslot 4: changed from 19:00 – 22:00 to 18:00 – 22:00

Champion Rebalance

[Skill 1 – Dire Perforation]
Effect added: now also ignores [Block Damage] buffs.
[Skill 2 – Curse of Writhing]
Cooldown decreased from 4 to 3 turns.
Old version:
Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a 25% [Weaken] debuff for 2 turns. Has a 75% chance of removing 2 random buffs from the target. Grants an Extra Turn.
New version:
Attacks 1 enemy. Before attacking, has a 75% chance of removing all buffs from the target and has a 75% chance of placing a 25% [Weaken] debuff for 2 turns.
Will ignore 25% of the target's DEF. If the target is killed by this skill, places a [Block Revive] debuff on them.
Grants an Extra Turn.
[Ascended Skill 3 – Rite of Rebirth [P]]
Old version:
Places a [Revive On Death] buff on this Champion for 2 turns at the beginning of each round.
Places [Revive On Death] buff on this Champion for 1 turn when this Champion kills an enemy with a critical hit. [Does not occur with Spiderlings.]
New version:
Places a protected [Revive On Death] buff on this Champion for 2 turns at the beginning of each Round.
Places a protected [Revive On Death] buff on this Champion for 1 turn whenever this Champion kills an enemy with a critical hit (except Boss' minions).
When this Champion is revived by a [Revive On Death] buff, fills their Turn Meter by 100% and places a 50% [Increase ATK] buff on them for 1 turn. This Champion then attacks the enemy with the highest Turn Meter using their default skill.
Aura changed: now increases Ally ATK in all Battles by 30%.
The Incarnate
[Skill 1 – Attack Intruder]
Old version:
Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 30% chance of placing a [Provoke] debuff for 1 turn.
Has a 10% chance of counterattacking when an ally Arbiter is hit. Occurs once per hit.
New version:
Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 45% chance of placing a [Provoke] debuff for 1 turn.
Has a 30% chance of counterattacking whenever an ally is hit. If the ally is from the High Elves Faction and not this Champion, the chance increases to 100%. Occurs once per hit.
[Skill 2 – Formation: Phalanx]
Effect changed: Now has a 75% chance of removing all [Shield] buffs and 2 random buffs from all enemies.
Effect changed: [Shield] buff value increased.
[Skill 3 – Defensive Measures]
Effect added: Heals any ally Arbiters by 100% of their MAX HP.
Instantly activates this skill whenever this Champion is revived. This will not set this skill on cooldown.
[Skill 4 – Crisis Response [P]]
Effect changed: Increases all allies' ACC by 20 for each ally under an [Ally Protection] buff.
Effect added: All ally Arbiters receive 30% less damage.
[Skill 5 – Ultimate Purpose [P]]
Effect changed: Increases all allies' RES by 20 for each ally under an [Ally Protection] buff.
Improvements and Battle Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused Arne the White’s Song of Steel skill to not show text indicating HP and DEF had been reduced before killing an enemy.
- Fixed a bug that caused Arne the White’s Song of Steel skill animation to show him hitting an enemy twice, even if that enemy was not under a [Deathbrand] debuff.
- Fixed a bug that caused Arne the White’s Song of Steel skill to not hit a second time against an enemy under a [Deathbrand] debuff if the first hit was redirected.
- Fixed a bug that caused an empty status icon to appear above Nais the Shadowthief after he was killed and received a [Block Revive] debuff.
- Fixed a bug that caused Sanguine Maria’s Say Her Name [P] skill to not place a [True Fear] debuff on all opponents after she was revived.
- Fixed a bug that caused [HP Burn] debuffs placed by the Lava Cauldron Siege Trap to damage Champions instead of healing them when Ash'nar Dragonsoul was on the team.
- Fixed a bug that caused the screen to shake when moving between Rounds when battling in Stages of the Cursed City.
- Fixed a bug that caused Predator’s Combistick Throw skill to not show the [Hunter’s Gaze] debuff being placed on enemies who are about to be killed and are equipped with the Okulos Kustodion Relic.
- Fixed a bug that caused Pelops the Victor to be susceptible to reflected [Petrification] debuffs, despite being immune to them.
- Fixed a bug that caused the [Pain Link] debuff to remain on a Champion after the Champion who placed the [Pain Link] debuff was killed or decapitated.
- Fixed a bug that caused Solanar the Gleaming to be immune to [Block Revive] when his Blazing Force skill was not on cooldown.
- Fixed a bug that caused Solanar the Gleaming’s Blazing Force skill description to not display all the buffs he could receive when an enemy attempts to apply a debuff.
- Fixed a bug that caused interaction issues between Lord Entertainer Fabian’s Unwelcome Guest skill and Falmond Mournsword’s Mournsword skill.
- Fixed a bug that caused Gronjarr’s Keeper of Flame [P] skill to apply a [HP Burn] debuff to himself instead of an attacking enemy.
- Fixed a visual bug that caused Knave of Hearts’ Thornblade skill to appear incorrectly.
- Fixed a bug that caused Clan Members to appear only as “Offline”, rather than showing exactly how long they have been offline.
- Fixed a bug that caused Preset names written in Japanese not to be saved in the Preset Manager.
- Fixed a bug that caused QR codes in the Web Store to stop working within the same session if the authorization flow failed on the first attempt.
- Fixed a bug that caused players’ levels to appear incorrectly on their avatars in the Invitations tab of the Clan Members window.
- Fixed a bug that caused no notification to appear when trying to open the Edit Tag menu while the Champion Filter was active during the Live Arena Pick Phase.
- Fixed a bug that caused the game not to auto-scroll back to the top when searching for Champions while creating Presets.
- Fixed a bug that caused a notification regarding Conditional Promo Codes to remain visible after opening the side menu in the Bastion.
- Fixed a bug that caused the “Connection Lost” pop-up in Live Arena Friendly Battles to incorrectly warn players that Tokens might be lost.
- Fixed a bug that caused the “Free” indicator label to appear on the Shop tab, before players actually reached the free offer in the queue.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Passes aggregator window to appear even when there was only one Pass active.
- Fixed a bug that caused the selected number of Multi-Battles on iPad to not be saved if the numeric keypad was closed without manually confirming.
- Fixed a bug that caused Clan Quests to count only one Dungeon win instead of two when completing a battle using Super Raids.
- Fixed a bug that caused players to be able to craft Relics in the Forge using less than 100 Materials.
- Fixed a bug that caused the first free offer in a combo pack to disappear after being claimed instead of remaining visible and marked as taken.
- Fixed a bug that caused players to be unable to open the Passes window after a Forge Pass ended while another Pass was still active.
