Version 10.60 is nearly here, and we've been hard at work preparing some more AI battle fixes for you! We've focused our efforts on making sure that Champions use the right skills for the occasion when you're running battles in Auto in certain locations. Check out the full breakdown below:
If He-Man’s I Have The Power! skill is not on cooldown, then it will become the highest priority skill.
Gnut’s Blessed Bash skill will be used against the Boss with the highest priority, not the minions.
Riho Bonespear’s Pressure Points skill will be used against the Boss with the highest priority, not the minions.
Ramantu Drakesblood’s Drake's Fury skill will be used against the Boss with the highest priority, not the minions.
If the Boss doesn't have a Block Debuffs buff, then Yumeko’s Destiny's Mirror skill will be used against the Boss with the highest priority, not the minions.
If there are no enemies under Block Debuffs buffs, the ally team has less than 2 debuffs collectively, and the ally team also doesn't have a Champion with less than 50% HP, then Bladechorister Caldor’s Orchestra of War skill will be used against an enemy Champion with the highest priority.
If all enemies are under Block Debuffs buffs, the ally team has more than 1 debuff collectively, or the ally team has a Champion with less than 50% HP, then Bladechorister Caldor’s Orchestra of War skill will be used on an ally Champion with the highest priority.
If all enemies are under Block Damage buffs, Karnage the Anarch's Trinity of Pain is on cooldown, and Devilish Accord is not on cooldown, then Devilish Accord will become the highest priority skill.
If Eostrid Dreamsong’s Blessed Dreamsong is not on cooldown, then it will become the highest priority skill.
If the ally team doesn't have any active skills on cooldown and Authoratrix Lamasu is not in the Leader position, then Icon of Domination will be used on the ally in the Leader position with the highest priority.
If the ally team doesn't have any active skills on cooldown and Authoratrix Lamasu is in the Leader position, then Icon of Domination will be used on the ally in the 2nd position with the highest priority.
And that's everything we've got for you - happy raiding!
Thank you for the AI changes, but one of them looks like a bad planned or it makes no real sense. You won't get much feedback about this champion most probably, as he is not one of the most wanted unity champions and to get more of him you need 4 of the same factions + speciffic buffs and debuffs, which is really hard to execute, when fighting the endgame challenges. The biggest problem of this champion is as mentioned, that he requires too speciffic lineup - about 10 different possible champions to make him work, not a smaller issue is his conditional A2, so you can't get much of him auto. Anyway he seemed like a good buff extender so far for clan boss and hydra on auto, NOT ANYMORE!
Why I state this change makes no sense?
If there are no enemies under Block Debuffs buffs, the ally team has less than 2 debuffs collectively, and the ally team also doesn't have a Champion with less than 50% HP, then Bladechorister Caldor’s Orchestra of War skill will be used against an enemy Champion with the highest priority.

The only interaction he has with any other champion is: "increases the duration of all buffs", anything else in terms of buffs goes to him. Why the number of DEBUFFS or tge level of any champion's HP should be decisive how he uses the A2, if it's either a preparation for him to do damage (if with additional faction champions) or just a buff extension - it DOESN'T decrease ally debuff's duration, it DOESN't buff/heal anyone but him.
There aren't so many champions in the game with dual effects on a single skill, but this problem could come again in the future. You just destroyed a few players' CB/Hydra teams, but that's not a huge problem, as the champion is not being used that much.
I guess the solution is obvious: give an extra option in the preset for priorities on dual skills. If it stays like this, I think a compensation is due, since this champion doesn't have the same use as before.

I am wondering, if there is a statement of the developers about this issue or they aren't aware of it?
Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. I’ll forward your detailed observations and suggestions to the team for consideration. While I can’t guarantee it’ll be implemented, the team will take a close look at your suggestions. Thanks a lot for sharing!

I think compensation is warranted period for time lost. An alternative or intermediate step to adding priorities on dual skills would be to make the logic conditional entirely on target state instead of team state - "if there are no enemies under Block Debuffs buff and no enemy has a poison debuff/less than 2 debuffs (because Balar), targets an enemy".

Well said. Long term solution for dual use champions should be ability to choose target in ai presets.
In a short term, description above equally makes no sense to me. Caldor in a toxic set, self heal and buff extension was a very decent pve champion and a very good buff extender / dd in CB. Now unusable on auto unless there is a typo above and the condition for self targeting is actually >1 buff on ally team.
Sure, I have enough champions in roster to switch out Caldor, but I lost 100 million damage per key because you are trying to change something that imo wasn't broken.
