What use are promo codes if they say they are processing ,,, and you don't get them. Doesn't make sense to me

Would love to put any of those champions in my roster, but the summon pool is so watered down in the last few days I've used so many summons, including 2 legendary summons, and pretty much came away empty handed. One epic and 20-30 rare champions I'm starting to lose faith in building a better

We need even more books (tomes) to be able to use these new champions at full ability. Have only about 6 leggos and 6 rares fully booked after 2 years in the game (free to play only) and 2 of the rares are Kaels (I booked 2 because of rarely pulling more useful AOE champs). Recently chased and got 2 Yuzans during a failed fusion event (having such low resources) but other Epics have priority for booking. This game taunts the player with what could be, if only, fomo....and rng is the worst thing ever.
