When I try to install Plarium Play in any folder except appdata\local, the default path, it says that plarium play can't be installed in that folder and to try another.
Is it even possible to install Plarium somewhere else than the default install path and how do you accomplish that?

Why can't I install to a drive other than C?
Because the launcher is programmed to being installed on the system disc.
And this is how it installs on the system drive

Uhm, they're too old. That could be the problem or the OS.
Does it have admin privileges?

No
Screenshot shows the green outline, i'm guessing your antivirus is running the installer in sandbox mode. You can't install anything in sandbox mode.
Putting this out just so people know.
