Killed all Plarium Play processes on my PC then restarted the app and it is updating (restarting PC will do the same)
...and can we please have an artifact event???? I'm sitting on more coin than the queen here LOL

Hi all,
I need help here. Similar issue with Plarium Play. Went to update and instead of updating it said pending then gave install option for new game. I uninstalled play and reinstalled and now stuck in endless loop trying to install Plarium Play wont move past 21% Have tried a few times and still nothing.

yea im getting the same thing and its not updating at all. although i can update on my phone but for my PC its not updating at all and stuck in a loop

don't reinstall plarium play...just restart PC to kill all the processes and then it will update fine next time you start the app

Still stuck not able to reinstall Plarium Play on my pc. Tried countless times and nothing works. Read all the posts on this forum that refer to workarounds and nothing has worked.

Ive done every step including restarting wifi, and PC still nothing and we can't talk directly to support unless they feel like it needs follow up.... so now I am just stuck

There should be 'Raid_Data'
folder next to the executable

I've never been able to update directly from the Plariam Play dashboard. I've always gotten the dark screen with the logo spinning. If I let it go, it would spin all day. Then I restart the computer and try again, and nothing has installed. I've always ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the dashboard and games. Now I'm fearful of doing the usual fuss of uninstalling because I've read both here and on Reddit that it won't reinstall or load. I've mentioned this issue to support every time it happens and have never gotten a fix. Do they care? Could you guys please put your heads together and get this issue fixed?

I've done this, every time there is an update, and it never works. I know this has been an ongoing issue for others as well. Why won't support fix it? All they care about is the money we spend in the game; well, we can't do that if we can't get into the game. Maybe pay attention to your customers' needs?
