Anyone having problems with the game not loading since the 12th of February update? My game no longer works in phone or pc

Same here. It updated this morning then while doing the new pass missions it failed connection and wouldn't re-log in and I've been locked out ever since. This happens with almost every update sadly.....

This happens with almost every update sadly.....Exact same thing happened to me while doing the new Dragons tournament. Now I can't log in either. It is not my device. I have check loading other games, accessing internet, even streaming tv on YouTubeTV and a movie on Netflix. Funny all those work fine but this game cannot connect.

I can at least get as far as 'loading assets' but then the game locks up and won't go any further. It was working fine before the update.

Yep, my account says temp banned due to tech issues. Not a good way to keep new people like myself playing their games

Same here. Hasn't got past authenticating. The loading circle stops rotating and freezes up. I was however lucky to finally log into game on my tablet and finish my daily's, but still unable to log into game on my android. (Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown).

Yeah since the last update in having major issues loading the game. When it does load, it disconnects randomly in arenas and campaigns. All support will do is tell me to try a VPN which I don't have, another device, which I don't have, or play on a PC. I only have Macs and can't get any help to figure out what to do to actually trouble shoot. I've only spent maybe $10-$15 bucks as a newer player not Plarium will definitely not get me to buy a Battle Pass with performance issues literally locking me out of the game for 4-5 hours at a time.

12-31-21 game will not load. anyone else? Just hangs on the login page. Reloaded the program still no dice. Internet connection is good on my side. Game says it can't connect to the server.

I have the same problem. You are saying we have to buy a VPN service to play this game? That's ridiculous.
He's just making a suggestion for a potential solution to try, that we've seen work before for other people. Sometimes the Cloudflare DNS service is grumpy. That doesn't have to do with Raid actually, it just prevents you reaching the server for some reason.
I use Windscribe, which is free for I think 10gigs.
There are a few other suggestions I can make that might help if that doesn't work. But they are just going to be suggestions.

Mine doesnt work either so I uninstalled it and reinstalled and cannot recover my game. That worked but now I am having trouble relogging in w/Facebook. but i can't try anymore because noe its stuck on authenticating again
