Hello, I need some advice regarding a problem I encountered today with my Plarium account. We had a power outage today. After turning on my PC and connecting to Wi-Fi, the following happened. I tried to open Plarium, but it wouldn’t launch. The screen remained frozen on a black background with the word “Plarium” displayed. So I restarted my computer and tried again. The same problem occurred again. So I uninstalled the entire Plarium program from my PC, went to your website, and downloaded the Plarium installer. After running the .exe file, I received the following error message: e2351fab-bf5f-41a9-9643-3777e144a6ad    Plarium could not be installed. The game works fine on my mobile device. But I can’t get it to install on my PC after uninstal. Thx for advice and help.
