Hello RAID: Shadow Legends Support Team,

I am facing a persistent login issue while accessing RAID: Shadow Legends using my Wi-Fi connection. Most of the time, the game fails to log in and shows a connection error. Very rarely, it connects successfully once or twice in an entire day, but overall the issue remains unresolved.

My Wi-Fi internet connection is stable and provides good speed. All other applications and online services work perfectly fine. This issue occurs only with RAID: Shadow Legends. However, when I switch to mobile data, the game logs in and works normally without any errors.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the router and checking network stability. Since the issue is limited to Wi-Fi only, it may be related to ISP routing, network compatibility, or server-side restrictions.
