
Tech support from Plarium finally got in touch with me and we've been trying everything but reinstalling windows to no avail.
I've downloaded a VPN, ran windows update fix, deleted the game and reinstalled probably 12 times now resulting in the exact same error message every time. I've scrubbed all traces of Plarium Play from registry, rebooted my computer in between deletes and burned up all of my allotted bandwith for the month of October reinstalling.
Sending error logs to tech support has been pointless, they give me the same answer from a different tech every time.
Yes I HAD to open task manager & close out instances of Plarium play that failed to close when exiting the program EVERY TIME, since the launcher WANTS to run, but is unable to for some unstated reason.
I'm tired of repeating the same thing with tech support expecting a different result. My clan has booted me for inactivity and I've missed the turtle event so right now I'm just thinking there is probably a better way to spend my time than waiting on Plarium to read the error code their game is giving them.

You couldn't be LESS helpful than they have been. In fact, you're the first to mention that there would be things in task manager to kill before trying a restart, which I had already discovered on my own. But you deserve kudo's for knowing that.
I'm floored that their own error message and error logs I have sent in isn't giving them any useful information. What is the point of error logs if they don't tell you where the problem is?
