can you clear cache then uninstall/reinstall?

I've also got this issue, havent played for a while, reinstalled it and havent been able to do much, cleared cache, redownloaded, have also installed on laptop and same issue when i log into my account. If i clear cache and run through tutorail \ start a new game there is no problem but when i load into my account again same issue, any help would be great

I'm having the same problem on the iPadOS version of the game. Very frustrating - no way to log out and try other accounts either.

Yep i have same problem, i cleared cache and reinatalled, still the same.

Same problem for me on iOS. Data cleared uninstalled reinstall still logged in and can't do anything

Same for me on my laptop. Cache cleared, uninstalled the game and the launcher, then reinstalled evrithing. but nothing seems to work.

Is this issue still persisting for you folks?
