I click to go to battle, and the game either freezes and doesn't recover, or it crashes completely and the energy is used and cannot be recovered. Yesterday I lost about 100 energy, and now I lost a clan boss key.

Same thing here. I can't seem to find a rhyme or reason as to a pattern, but since the last patch it freezes/crashes repeatedly trying to load the battle screen.
This is happening in every instance except arena for me. So far, Arena battles load fine. But dungeons are particularly bad (about once every 3 battles). Campaigns are sporadic. Anywhere between 2-3 battles up to 10-15, but eventually it freezes or crashes entirely.
I'm on Android, Galaxy S7, latest updates.
This has been a semi-regular occurrence for me since 1.7 was rolled out. Get most of the way through the load screen for a battle, hangs, and a loss is registered with the resources eaten without getting into the battle at all. Energy, arena tokens, clan boss keys, they can all disappear for no reward. Raised a ticket on this soon after 1.7 dropped, but no acknowledgement at all. Samsung Galaxy 8+.
Just fantastic to have arena tokens eaten during an arena event. Who wants to risk spending money when a crash can just waste the resources?
Even an acknowledgement that they can see this is a problem would be an improvement.

The freezing issue will be fixed at the next 1.7.2 patch very soon.
Well, things getting out of control it seems. Promised fix didn't happened. Personally, I have big grind feast today. Gathered nice chunk of supplies and free time to do it. And guess what? 12 crashes so far! What your advice? Should we stop playing till it fixed, just to prevent any more loss? How much Plarium is ready to loose on that? Plenty of people's spending their money here and wasting some portion of it because faulty service. I would like to have clear: should I trust that we going somewhere and all of my time and money invested into game I like are in vain and if I really wanna something worth that I should go somewhere else?
Fix the game and/or fix the bill. Please.

We are expecting patch 1.7.2 to this week. That should address crashing under the loading screen .

I’m going to hold on for this next patch. Same crap as all of you is happening to me (iPhone Xmax). They have compensated for loss in the past, I assume and hope they will again. Until then, no more energy purchases which sucks, but I won’t waste more money if it doesn’t get resolved.
