it made my fresh account but i didnt recieve my tayrel? i was really hoping for him to motivate me playing again :/

ok so the solution was to fully uninstall raid if you have previously played before, then follow the download link/installation. had to make this seccond account but it worked now :)

It has to be a fresh install of the game, with no other Raid instances present on your device. They all need to be wiped, beforehand.
Another option is to use an emulator like Bluestacks.
