Cannot sign in suspended user

Cannot sign in suspended user

Made a support ticket but when I sign in to check it's status I get the error "Cannot sign in suspended user #xxxxxxxx". I'm not suspended in game, and only made 1 support ticket so not sure why this error message is coming up?
