With prior rewards I was able to log out of Prime in game, then revoked access in the "Log in with Prime" section of the shopping app settings, before re-installing the game and logging back into Prime in game, to get the reward link to work.
This time I re-installed the game but when I logged back in, my progress has been reset.
I'm not sure if I should accept the new reward or not, after reading about other player's issues.
Connecting to the forum, my original player name is there, like my old account is here, but only in spirit.
Obviously voodoo is to blame for all of this.

...Oh, and I can't connect to support, it just loads indefinitely. So obviously voodoo.
Edit: So I completed my registration on the forums here, and created a P id, (which I thought I'd done but I'm a bit off in the head so who knows), THEN, I tried to log in with it in game from the other, newer me, but it just stayed on new account...
...so I reinstalled the game , again, and logging in loads the new me; again...but connecting to the forums from my new imposter me account, loads good old regular me, which is me here now...
I am so high, I can't handle this.
I need an adult.
Edit 2: So I got brave and decided to log into Prime but it won't let me because it's already linked to another Raid account.
Again, voodoo, because I'm certain it let me log into Prime with imposter me earlier, but I didn't accept the reward because I was chicken.
Sweet.
Now I don't have to play and lose progress on a new account I don't want anyway.
I can just wait until it's fixed and miss progress, because I'm doing other stuff.
It's going to be ok.
I just gotta believe.
