I got a one-week suspension a few days ago while farming for gear hunters. I was using the Gestal auto battler, which I thought was tolerated by Plarium, as there is an identical one in the RSL Helper app that is made in communication with Plarium, but I think the quick replays and my team one-shotting the boss made the game think I was using speed hacks, which I wasn't. I submitted a support ticket but haven't heard back. Is there any way I can get in more direct contact with support? Normally, I would just cut my losses, be patient,  and wait it out, but if I don't get unbanned in a day or two, I won't be able to finish the current fusion, which I saved/spent a lot of resources for already.
