Been trying to download the Plarium Play app on my laptop for several weeks now and all I keep getting is an error message saying it can't connect to the network and to try again. Tried contacting support and they just told me to try all the methods below again, after I told them none of them worked. Anyone know of a fix/work around for this? So far I've tried the following and nothing has helped:

1) Different web browser for download (Edge, Chrome, and FireFox)

2) Clearing cache/downloads/history on all browsers 

3) Turned off antivirus and firewalls

4) Used a VPN

5) Made sure the app is allowed through my firewall and running as Admin

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
