I was chugging  through my CVC and I walk away from the PC, and when I come back, there is a ban on my account. I have spent a fairly good amount of packs and offers, for this to even be considered. I have all my cards, nothing has ever been refunded nor have I asked for such. Can someone please let me know how I can remove this from my account. I have a ticket submitted, and all that good stuff, this is just such a let down, I just cannot stand to think that I need to start over.
