Never received my new player promo codes

Just started playing a few weeks ago. Wasn't aware of new player promo codes. How do I get promo codes. I've only gotten one for palladium and it was pointless.

What is this palladium code you're referring to?

Unfortunately you won't be able to use any new player codes as they are time limited to within the first 24 hours of account creation.
