Can this be considered theft? How I’ve lost my account.
Hello.
I’m writing here because I’ve exhausted standard support channels and still haven’t received a clear explanation.
My account has existed since 2019.
I played consistently for many years and invested a very significant amount of time and money into the game.
Account status before the issue:
- around 500 legendary champions
- 15 mythic champions
- very strong late-game account
- active, long-term player
I genuinely enjoyed the game and considered it one of my favorite projects.
What happened:
1. The account was blocked without a clear explanation.
2. I contacted support and provided everything requested, including:
- bank statements confirming in-game purchases over a long period,
- exact dates requested by support,
- account-related details.
3. After review, support restored the account, which clearly confirmed ownership.
4. A few hours later, the account was blocked again.
5. The account was unlinked from my email, and I could see that someone was actively playing on it, open shards etc. despite two-factor authentication being enabled. Thats shocking.
6. Since then, support states that the account is “not mine” and refuses to explain:
- why it was restored first,
- how access was changed,
- why verified payment history is no longer considered valid.
My concern:
I am not asking for special treatment.
I am asking for:
- a clear explanation of what happened,
- a consistent and transparent decision,
- clarification on how an account with 2FA could be accessed and reassigned.
Losing an account of this level — built since 2019 — without explanation is extremely discouraging.
If any moderator or Plarium representative can review this case or explain the logic behind such decisions, I would greatly appreciate it.
