Can this be considered theft? How I’ve lost my account.

Hello.

I’m writing here because I’ve exhausted standard support channels and still haven’t received a clear explanation.

My account has existed since 2019.

I played consistently for many years and invested a very significant amount of time and money into the game.

Account status before the issue:

  • around 500 legendary champions
  • 15 mythic champions
  • very strong late-game account
  • active, long-term player

I genuinely enjoyed the game and considered it one of my favorite projects.

What happened:

1. The account was blocked without a clear explanation.

2. I contacted support and provided everything requested, including:

  • bank statements confirming in-game purchases over a long period,
  • exact dates requested by support,
  • account-related details.

3. After review, support restored the account, which clearly confirmed ownership.

4. A few hours later, the account was blocked again.

5. The account was unlinked from my email, and I could see that someone was actively playing on it, open shards etc. despite two-factor authentication being enabled. Thats shocking. 

6. Since then, support states that the account is “not mine” and refuses to explain:

  • why it was restored first,
  • how access was changed,
  • why verified payment history is no longer considered valid.

My concern:

I am not asking for special treatment.

I am asking for:

  • a clear explanation of what happened,
  • a consistent and transparent decision,
  • clarification on how an account with 2FA could be accessed and reassigned.

Losing an account of this level — built since 2019 — without explanation is extremely discouraging.

If any moderator or Plarium representative can review this case or explain the logic behind such decisions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Testesteron has been a member of our clan for 2-3 years now

The account changed name last week but is still in the clan

I too vouche for him, he's been part of the cluster for quite some time now, very active member of the game and discord.

This is 100% going to be one of those where support's decision won't necessarily be able to be affected via the forum in that they don't pass along sensitive information to us and we can't influence those decisions.

I can take your ticket number and ask, but I want to temper expectations still.

Than how it has to be affected? I'm looking for some way to brake the wall between. I had 4+ tickets, last one was 7051436 and with the only one message "The communication on the issue will be continued in the ticket "7043316." was switched. Then another one "scripted message" and ignore. 

Despite the situation with the support, I want all the comunity know, that, in fact, my account was not banned, but given to someone for playing.

I understand and more or less the most I can do is see if it can be looked into. Support gets access to data we simply do not via the forum or as moderators.

I know,  if You can advice something, that would be also good. Maybe someone able to interact and help will read this. We shall see.

I too vouch for TestoSteroN. He's been a long time clan member. Hopefully, support is able to sort this out. I doubt that the current owner can provide the same level of verification that he has. I don't understand why they would backtrack after restoring his account.

What info I was given from support:

They've said why they'll be unable to help you and explained it to you. As such, we will not be able to help on the forum.

All matters will have to go through support as the forum rules prohibit debating support decisions.
