turn off - 2FA

I can't log into my account. After entering my email and password, it asks for 2FA, but the code never arrives. A bot will answer any inquiries to Technical Support, but I haven't received a response to my request to disable 2FA since December 8th.

Unfortunately for matters pertaining to account security it will need to go through support interactions.

I have the same problem, I contacted technical support, but only bots answer me and do not solve the problem, can you help?
