Account was stolen

My account was stolen about a week and a half ago. Even though I contacted support about it, I haven’t received any response for over a week. I just wanted to ask — is the support team still active, or should I stop expecting a reply and just forget about my account?

100% a situation where support will have to rectify the situation. You can send me your ticket # and I will look into it - but I can't guarantee I can affect it.
