Frozen screen
I have logged into raid after not playing it for a while. The game has loaded but I am unable to do anthing, no matter what tab I press it won't do anything. An help would be appreciated.

It's happened to both iOS and android. My other account is fine.

I'm having it on my iPadOS with an account I hadn't used in a long time as well....my problem is that I am not able to press buttons to log out of the account so it is just stuck there. I have tried hard closing the app and even deleting the app and reinstalling it, but when I re-open the app, I am already logged-in to the account and it is unresponsive still.

Hi. I'm also having this problem on iPadOS cannot log out access menu. Also tried obvious resets and uninstalling. Still logged in and unresponsive. Any information or suggestions welcome 🤗

I play my other account on my phone (google) with no problem but when logging inot the old account on it I get the same problem. I can only claim gems.
