Used the shards in the Fusion Summon and received my second Pythion but he did not get added to my champion roster. Tried logging out and back in to see if the second one appeared and he did not. How to you submit a ticket or complaint?

Please double check you don't have any filters that may affect this, as well as making sure you're on the right account and your champion isn't in your inbox or anywhere else.

I submitted a ticket, then realized. It wasn't a champion Python that got summoned, it was a soul to awaken him. Feel like a shit now after realizing it. Caught it by performing another summon and thought I got Thor, but it was a 1* perfect soul and not the champion.
