I purchased monthly gems, but the game responded that it couldn’t connect to istore.... I tried again, so the same happened.... the problem is that I just saw that I was charged for both purchases but didn’t receive anything.... please help

The payment processing can take some time since every transaction goes through several stages. 

First, it should be processed by your payment provider, then by AppStore or Google Play, and only after that by our server. 


As soon as the purchase is processed, you will receive the purchased items. 

In case the issue remains unresolved in a few hours please get back to me.
