Purchase not working
I have made multiple purchases of gems and silver, and the $$ get charged, but the items do not show up.
How can this be fixed?

it is, but we can't affect something like this - support needs to take a look directly.
open a support ticket in game by clicking on your avatar then info then support.

I'm not doing anything - I'm a moderator on the forum. I'm not able to see your account or purchases on it.
that said, contacting support through those two avenues 100% works, and they directly need to be the one to look at potential purchasing issues.

The link works fine but again:
In game:
Click profile pic top left
Click info tab
Click support on that page to open a ticket.
