Did not receive items
I paid $4.99 for pack and $9.99 for gems and received the “you are set” message after the purchases, but did not receive ANY of my items. How may I get this corrected? Thanks

Hello! I purchased the rank 5 chicken pack today for $69.99 USD. I can see the Paypal charge and removal of funds from my bank account however the items did not show up in my account nor did they register as being purchased (i.e. still says 0/3 purchased).
Please let me know if there is additional information that you would require from me to resolve this issue.
