Daily Login Reward Day 270 Issue

Hello,

I was checking the daily rewards today and I have just realised Visix the Unbowed that I was suppose to claim 4 days ago is not gifted to my account. I actually never seen her in my  vaults or inbox at all, it just snapped out of my attention until today. Probably I thought it was a fragment gift at the beginning, but when I investigated it today I have realised that actually it is the hero itself and I am supposed to have her but it is nowhere to be seen.


Is there a possibility for the team to investigate the issue?

That is odd. 

Assuming it isn't with the rest of your champs or in your inbox like you've said, and you haven't accidentally eaten the champ: I would open a support ticket and see if they can take a look into it. That will be your best bet.

I have just created a support ticket and also I have seen on the forums another user had the very same issue like 5 days ago.

While creating a ticket, it says that there will be a reply max in 48h. It has been more than 3 days without replies, is that normal?

After more than a week I got an email (actually ticket was answered on the very same day but I never got an email, nor I could find a way to manually check my open ticket status) with the most generic answer I can possibly have, even though I explained everything obviously and there is no relevency to/requirement of any screenshots at all to understand this super simple/straightforward issue... I am extremly disappointed!

I understand the frustration but support is doing their due diligence in attempting to get the information they need to assist. Please try and work with them on this. :)

That's the problem, I don't know what further information I can provide at all... You ask me to assist them with the information they need but what information they ask, or what is unclear in my report, that's a huge secret. If they would ask any specific questions maybe it would be more constructive. Simply my issue is Daily login reward for Day 270 is not provided to me (which is Visix the Unbowed). It is not in my inbox or any of my vaults. That's all! 


I created another ticket, this time adding a screenshot too that shows I claimed the reward before (like my description is not enough...) but I don't know what else they expect from me to tell/show them. Is it really that complicated to be understood? What am I missing there? Please tell me how can I enrich this report... 

I have been making presentations to CEOs of companies many times in my life and explained many complicated topics, but this one seems to be one of my biggest challanges of my life to explain an issue.

What's more I don't receive mail when I get replies, only when the ticket is closed...

Take a screenshot of the index where Visix is (Dark Elf). Then take a screenshot of your daily login page. 270+ It will show that you never got her.

Expecting it isn't with your other winners or in your inbox like you've said, and you haven't coincidentally eaten the champion: I would open a help ticket and check whether they can investigate it. That will be your smartest choice.
