it is asking for 2 star or higher armer with attack % as primary stat. have gotten it multiple times but is not registering. challenge wont complete so am kind of stuck

same thing happening on the quests after that. they should have completed because i filled the requirements. but not completing

The primary stat on this piece is defense, that's why it is at the top. The attack % you are seeing here is a substat.
