WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: Go to Champion gear;

Step 2: select a  champion  (in  my  case  Dhuk  the  peirced);

Step 3: Check the champions  masteries  icons  outside  and  then  inside  the  mastery  tree  window;

Description:

The  masteries  I  selected  for  the  champion  are  not  always  represented  in  the  mastery  tree  out side  of  the  masteries  window
